Eric P. Baird is a passionate advocate for affordable healthcare alternatives and the power of HealthShare communities. With over five years of experience in HealthShare education, Eric helps individuals and businesses navigate cost-effective healthcare solutions that align with their values and financial goals.

As the founder of What is HealthShare?, he has dedicated his career to empowering people with the knowledge to make informed decisions about their medical care. His background includes strategic consulting, corporate fundraising, and new business development. He previously played a key role in launching one of the nation’s top-rated HealthShare communities, helping it grow from 600 to over 12,000 members in just one year.

Eric holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University and has been recognized as a Top 50 Healthcare Leader. He is a licensed Accident & Health Insurance consultant and a strong supporter of wellness, faith-based communities, and innovative healthcare solutions.
